LifeLock Home Title Protect

I have Norton LifeLock Home Title Protection.  My home address is listed on my account with you.  The property is listed online at the Recorders Office and the property is held in my name and not a trust.

The message I get on your system is that you are still looking for the property.  Telephone support was worthless as the representative did not understand what I was asking and refused to transfer me to a supervisor.  Chat was also worthless as once you type in the issue you are only able to respond by clicking on answer options which do not apply.

How do I talk to someone to have my home tracked?  Thus far I am paying for nothing.

When you're in a Chat session.  
Just click any presets until you see "Something else" &or you can type your message. 
for example:  "Live Agent".  

I used to post....

  • In Chat dialog click "Manage my account" => click "Something else" => type "Live Agent" => until you see "I am transferring you to a specialist for further assistance". 

.... but, the last time I was in a Chat Session.  I was able to type "Live Agent" in the first dialog...then after a few Kate messages.   I was able to see "I am transferring you to a specialist for further assistance".

I tried calling a second time and the person told me they were going to put me on hold while they researched the issue.  To my surprise after a number of minutes I found that they did a blind transfer to the cancellation department.

Believe it or not I tried calling a third time and got a hold of a person who said they would pass my address along to a back room area.  Hopefully this will fix things.

Again the property was not in a trust but my name, the address of the property Norton has on their system, it was not a recently recorded mortgage and was accessible online at the recorder's office by putting my name and address.

Based upon my experience Norton has no intention of providing anything that would be remotely considered even average customer service.  I am seriously considering cancelling my 7 subscriptions and letting others know of my experience when they ask.

What infuriates me (after going 10 rounds with support) is receiving Norton condescending survey email (Norton <noreply_surveyatnorton.com>) (Hello Valued Customer) wanting feedback regarding my customer service experience (Thank you, Your Norton Team)

Support request generates case number/identity verification code.
