We keep getting Lifelock notifications on our phone that someone is trying to access our credit which should not be.. The message says to check the Lifelock online account, but nothing shows online. I then chatted with and spoke to support and they said sometimes things don’t show in their system, and they were unable to help. just told me to lockdown my credit reports, which i did. but still getting these messages every day on the phone. has anyone had a similar experience?
