How do I live chat with a agent, when i go to norton support all I’m getting is AI questions which is no help at all

Eu ate já tentei mais sempre e um bot falando, não sei mais o que fazer também.
Seem like AI is running the show but AI hasn’t got all the answers
@MaxMc When you arrive at the chatbot, type in “agent please”, you may have to do that more than once but it will send you to a live person.

just say agent agent and info ore agent then you got a agent and it work always
No still nothing maybe I’m clicking on the wrong area, it is support
you just say support norton 360 gamer ore what the problem is and the windows and other and you got it fix
what is the problem i can help you if you like im the biggest man not in norton even only number 5 on the list

Okay my problem is I keep getting emails from norton in Italian, now don’t get me wrong I love the Italian but hey
ok i say they has a bug there
AI bug or human bug

jeg har sagt norton Danmark om at stoppe det så de gør det nok men der går nok lidt tid før det sker men nu arbejder de da på sagen
