Detailed description: On the older format when opening Norton 360 I had an option I think was under performance that on the left allowed me to see a chart of what was running for a specified time like 10 min…2 hours etc. I cannot find this feature in the version 24.12 installed automatically Dec 2024. I used it often.

Hello oldbob2. I currently have reverted back to version 22.24.8.36 for the time being. When I did have version 24.xx installed a bit more than a month ago, the performance feature had been depreciated. I’m not sure if it will be reintroduced or if ever. But it was indeed something nice to review when needed. Maybe a post to add it back in the Product Suggestions board would prudent.
SoulAsylum, Thank you for your reply. I can stop searching. I am not good with computer change so I guess going back is not for me at this time so I am stuck. I did use it to check things out when my old laptop started to “whine” and certainly helped me resolve this issue. I hope, with your help, they will put this feature back into the program, but history tells me most programmers do what THEY think is necessary for the future and not for long lime users that use some of the older features…One can hope !!
Indeed. For the record, I also added the link to this thread into another thread where we started posting when the 24.xx release took place, regarding what we end users are seeing and can no longer see to use nor have control over. Functional issues are being discussed there as well. Here is the link:
If you have the inclination and can use this there is a totally free offering from Microsoft that has a long set of tools that you can run individually to monitor a myriad of system resources. The link for it is here as well:
If we can help further please don’t hesitate to ask.
