Just downloaded and want a refund, I don’t want to keep paying for everything it said the product it would do. I also dont want to have to pay another fee to talk to someone, I used the AI assistant and was presented with a payment request for a call. I bought the upgraded Norton 360 which included the dark web, only to find out it doesn’t fix or remove Malware, or viruses on my laptop. The reason why I bought it was for those problems, Why can’t I get to a live person
