Hi Guys
Just a general question when running live update it completes fine and says it’s done the updates. But sometimes it isn’t always logged in recent history or live update is this anything to be concerned about?

It kind of is but for example if I ran the live update and then waited for it to do its job and say I was up to date with the latest protection and then went to recent history it doesn’t always show up?

When you run Live Update and it has completed you should see a link to View Summary on the bottom left of the GUI.
Clicking that will show what has been downloaded.
Notice that the Pulse Update was installed along with the other update? My history will show the Pulse Update, but if I only downloaded the Pulse Update on it's own it would not show.

Let’s just say I feel really silly!
This is exactly what comes up! For example when I get on my computer I like to start the live update myself for the day and click on it and it sometimes comes up with the pulse update in the summary! When I next turn on my computer I will double check this but I’m almost certain the information you have put in, in my situation is correct!

I’ve turned on my computer today and ran the live update in Norton and then checked the live update history and it has come up in there!
This tip gives me a lot of information and I would like to thank you for that I will continue just to monitor these logs for a few days to make sure they are fine.
