LiveUpdate to 16.5.0.135

Why after the Liveupdate do I now have:

 

Two shortcuts on my Desktop -- one pointing to Engine\16.0.0125  and one to Engine\16.5.0.135

 

Why does the update leave the Engine\16.0.0.125 folder and files?

These item will be left over if you have not performed a restart between the update stages.

 

Please restart your computer, and after a few minutes perform another restart.

 

That should finish the installation and delete any unused files.

I have done a number of LiveUpdates and Reboots...

 

The Folder 16.0.0.125 still remains but contains just the SymClgX.dll file... 

 

Any suggestions?

Hi mhbrc,

 

If you can confirm that you have SymClgX.dll in the Engine\16.5.0.135 Folder, then I would temporarily save the 16.0.0.125 Folder to different location.

 

If all appears to function normally, I would then delete the folder.
