Locate Now not working on iOS or Android

Newer customer here. The “Locate Now” feature has never worked for us, on iOS or Android. Results in the error:

“Sorry! We couldn’t track the current location of child. Please try after sometime.”

The passive breadcrumbs do show, and are collecting every hour or so (or when we manually check for House Rules update from the child device). We have even tried when the device is online via wifi, actively being used, and in a location where GPS signal is strong.

Being able to actively locate child devices on demand is a key feature, and without it we will need to look for an alternate solution. Please help! Thanks!
