I can no longer access my Login.Norton.Com account to download Norton AntiVirus, which I still have a subscription to.
I am stuck at 2-factor authentication, I have the correct password, I have the cell phone that has the VIP software installed. It does not come up with the correct VIP Credential ID anymore. I set up a alternate phone #, but I do not have access to that phone anymore.
How can I contact Customer Service and have them give me access again?
I have tried their chat option, but this problem seems to be beyond them.
