I use a popular software program called Lockngo to password-protect my Seagate external hard drive. It worked fine with Norton Internet Security 2009, but after installing NIS 2010, it no longer works. When I try to lock the drive, it waits for about two minutes and then gives me an error message saying that the disk cannot be opened. I really like NIS, but I don't want to waste the $40 I spent on the software. Please help.
