Log In problems

I have Norton 360 3.5.2.11 and i use Mozilla Firefox 3.0.14. I cannot get Norton to save my Log In information. Norton don't even ask to do it. Also the Log In information that i do have saved won't work. Mozilla will go to the page, but Norton won't log me in.

 

Anybody else having these issues or is there anyway for me to fix this? Thanks in advance :)

If you have installed Norton 360 recently, try configuring the Identity Safe first. You can refer to this Symantec Support Article.

Dl’in the new Firefox did work!! Thanks a lot lol. I lost my internet for about 3 weeks and didn’t know firefox had a new update. Thanks again.
