I downloaded 2 or 3 days ago on the app store I have 1 of 1 license? And it on the free trial but my first payment is on 6oct

Are you purchasing a subscription for an Android device directly from the Google Play Store? If so it sounds like the subscription will only be listed after the free trial expires and the payment is made.

I’m not a techy person but yes I’m guessing that’s right I don’t have and payment details set on this app

Oh! we’re talking Android device/Google Play Store.
Thanks @peterweb

So as I got it on android play store , I’m currently on the free trial , I have 1 of 1 license , I don’t have payments or subscription on the actual app but on my Google account , and the first payment is scheduled for 06 Oct 24 of £39.99. do I need to worry

The only thing to worry about is if you do not want to continue using Norton after the trial. To avoid payment being taken, you would have to cancel the subscription through the Google Play Store using the information here. Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play - Android - Google Play Help If you do want to do this, be sure you don’t wait until the last day of the trial. Just to avoid hassles of then getting a refund.

Otherwise, you are good to go.
