Hi everyone. I recently had a hard drive failure on one of my machines. I happen to have another machine with the same exact hardware/config. I loaded Ghost 14 onto that system and did a straight copy from that hard drive to an empty one of a different size. I did this using the installed software. Once it finished, I hooked the newly populated hard drive into the broken system. The machine loaded up XP professional just fine. However, when I tried to log in, it splashed the "loading personal setting" screen and made the login noise. Windows then proceeded to immediately log me off before I could even get to the desktop. I am at a complete loss as to why this is happening. Any ideas? Thanks everyone!
The other system obviously does not have this problem. I am able to log in just fine. I also note the new drive I am copying to has a much larger size than the original.
