I can login to my Norton account, my Norton Password Manager and others, but when I try to login to my cloud based backup to review my backup sets, the password window pops up and it will not accept the password that functions everywhere else within Norton. Any thoughts?

How are you trying to log into your cloud based backup? If you log into your Norton Account at https://my.norton.com you should be able to view your backups from there.
