How safe is this service? A technician accessed my computer yesterday and i am now concerned as to whether he could access my computer remotely in the future, should i be worried or is the norton technical help safe?

no their isnt arent any traces on my system and i was supplied with a pin and a case number, im just concerned about security in general, i hadnt used logmein before.

You may want to have a look in Add/Remove programs (or Programs if using Vista), for any traces of the downloaded app still on your PC.

Logmein is a legitimate application.  The issue is that it can be used by legitimate companies, as well as illegitimate ones.  What you need to be asking is if the company wanting you to chat on Logmein is reputable or not.
