I have been a loyal Norton customer for over 15 years, and I am writing to express my concern regarding the pricing structure for long-term members. It has come to my attention that new members are receiving significant discounts, while long-standing members like myself are charged the full price.

As a dedicated user who has trusted Norton for over a decade, I believe that long-term members should be rewarded for their loyalty, not overlooked. If this pricing discrepancy cannot be addressed, I will unfortunately have to consider discontinuing my subscription.
