Looking for refund: Internet Security 2012

I recently purchased a 3-user licence for Internet Security 2012 at the recent IT show in September (Singapore)

I used the product key on my existing Internet Security 2011 installation to update the subscription.

When I typed the product code in, the subscription end date that showed up was 25 Apr 2012.   Given that this was my first installation on 15 Oct 2011, I was surprised to find available installations to be 01.  Am I missing something here?    Thinking that it could be a bug, I proceed to key in the product key on another machine.  The available installs after the second installation was Zero.  I feel cheated.   Why is it that I bought 3 licenses and can only install 2?  My Registration date on the account shows 15 Oct 2011.  Is this a problem with the software or am I an unsuspecting victim of fraud?  The Norton customer support 'Nathan' doesn't seem very capable of handling complaints like mine.  The refund process is only useful If I bought the product in North America.  Two thumbs down for an autobot.
