Not sure why this happens. I guess it is a delay. Maybe i will see my full protection score points come back tomorrow? Delayed i guess. Takes a day sometimes to synchronize. Total points were 1350 for my devices and now 1315.
ok, now after my third restart and i ran smart scan and a quick scan, i see the points back and I may have picked up some points here. Total is now 1360 for my devices. There is a definite delay after you do a live update that requires a restart. after that i always sign out and in and run smart scan and do restarts. Takes some time to get it back to normal.
