Further information as of 07/14/2023.
What took me down this rabbit hole is #5. There is a property listed on 'Home Title' which I do NOT own. I want to know about this. I do NOT own the property. I know nothing about it. It's not mine, nor has it ever been mine. Why is it listed on the 'Home Title' page? The support pages do not speak to this scenario.
1. On 07/14/2023, I updated the annual credit report. Now, the 'Credit Services' page lists no Credit Inquires even though I know a hard inquiry was made on 06/06/2023.
2. On 07/14/2023, the 'Alerts & Notifications' page lists no alerts, even though I know there should be alerts about the new account I created on 06/06/2023.
3. On 07/14/2023, the 'Lock & Freeze' page correctly lists my TransUnion file as frozen. The 'Freezes' button takes me to a page which states 'Identity thieves can open credit cards and apply ...' even though I know that both the Equifax and Experian files are frozen/locked.
4. When I press the 'Manage Freeze' for Experian button, I am taken to a page asking me to buy a Help Desk product. This makes no sense. Am I to believe that I must buy a Help Desk product to manage a freeze? The same page states that I must freeze/unfreeze Experian by mail request. This is definitely not correct. Experian allows users to freeze/unfreeze for free at their website.
5. On 07/14/2023, the 'Home Title' page lists a property which I do NOT own. I find no way to obtain details on this property. Must I open a fraud ticket? I see no way to do that.
6. On 07/14/2023, many of the pages have content which require a vertical scroll bar. But, there are no vertical scroll bars. Thus, I cannot see all the page has to offer. Pages: Dashboard, Credit Services, Lock & Freeze, Home Title, Monitored Info. This behavior is intermittent.
7. The integration between LifeLock and Norton is poorly designed. For example, logging into 'norton.com' shows a page listing 'My Subscriptions', 'Accounts Settings', etc with no way to navigate to LifeLock. I must use 'memberportal.lifelock.com' which then redirects me to 'my.norton.com'.
8. On 07/14/2023, I received a text message stating
'LifeLock by Norton Alert: You have a new alert that needs your immediate attention. Please norton.com/alerts'
The 'Alerts' page of the web app states that I should place a lock on my credit file. I have all 3 files locked/frozen. See #3 above. This alert was expected, since I recently opened a new credit card account. Interesting that I received the same alert from Discover Identity Theft Protection 2 hours earlier.
