In the past, when I logged into Identity Safe, then went to the menu on my toolbar, the pulldown menu would have an option to click on that said "Identity Cards." I only had one card, so I'd click on that and it would autofill whatever form I was filling out.
Recently, I've lost that option. The only options I have on the Identity Safe menu are Options, Report Issues, Log Out Of Identity Safe, and All Logins. Under "Options" there is no choice that says "Identity Cards" and I can't find it under "All Logins" which only has all the specific websites that I've used Identity Safe for.
Without my "Identity Cards" button, how do I autofill a form? And why did this disappear from my Identity Safe menu?
Thanks for any help.
Hi JillDrummond,
Welcome to Norton Community,
After Logging into Identity safe, you can view identity cards through identity safe options->Edit identity cards
After creating identity cards(one or more) when you visit a form page, you will have option identity fill that form from info bar/from identity safe menu.

Thanks, Senthil. What you describe is how it used to work. An item called "Identity Cards" always used to show up right on the pulldown menu whenever I was on a form page. The last few times I was on a form page, it didn't appear when I clicked on Identity Safe. I'll try it again.
I'll make an attempt on this just in case a setting somehow got changed. Check these settings and see if they are set correctly and/or if it rectifies your issue:
Go to Settings >Web > Identity Safe >Browsing Options then make sure the option to display identity cards is checked. May or may not be the cause.
Screen shot attached for clarity.
I checked and all my settings are correct. Then I went to a website I've never ordered from before, so they wouldn't already have an account for me. Indeed, my identity card option did come up. Not sure why it did not on my last two tries. Sorry to bother you. But now I know how to check my settings. Thanks for your help.
