Lost Password Manager password; No recovery key created

I am the owner of the main account, and I added my mom, so she has an account. She set up her Password Manager, but did not create a Recovery Key and now she has lost her Vault password. There are no passwords in the Vault yet, so I feel like we should just be able to delete the vault and start over, but I can’t figure it out. Please help!

Does Mom have her own Norton account? not your Norton account!
