I have Windows version 7, recently I installed NIS 2013 and everything was fine for a few weeks. Then I noticed that safe search stopped working, the green signs in google for safe sites no longer appeard, so I clicked on Get Support to check my installation. I got a warning that Malwarebytes was incompatible, which was odd as I have never had that problem before, and as it was the free version it doesn’t run in the background afaik, I also haven’t used it for quite some time. I uninstalled Malware bytes but that didn’t have any effect, and Get Support said my installation was now fine. I have clicked on Manage Add-Ons/Search Providers in explorer, and it shows Norton Safe Search as the default, listing order 1, and search suggestions and top result as not available.
