Low online storage popup

I have Norton LifeLock and I keep getting a popup that says I have low online storage, please add more storage.  I don't store online and I have that option checked to OFF. It pops up whenever I turn my computer on and randomly during the session.  How do I stop this?

If you have turned off your Backup Feature, you should not be seeing this issue. 

Try going into Norton Settings and turn off the backup feature. If it is already turned off, try turning it on, then restart your computer, then turn off the backup again.
