LUE (Live Update?) Files Split Into Two Download Folders

I have NIS 2009 on 2 pc's.  On one of them C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Norton\{alphanumeric charcters}\Norton\Lue contains two folders which seems to contain (Live Update?) zips. One of those folders is called Downloads, and the other is called Downloads(2).  One contains zips dated through 8/26, and the other contains later zips.

 

But on my other pc there is just a single folder, called Downloads.

 

 Is there any problem having this kind of split on the first pc?  A secondary question is why this might occur.  I'm guessing it may be related to a System Restore I did recently??  Thanks.

Fyi, I had done both restore and "undo restore,"  but not "restore back again."
