Mac Support Question

Could someone in Norton support team tell me why does it seem that most support effort is always surrounding Window based platforms and not so much with Macs? I don't want to hear because there are more Window users than Mac users. That isn't a good enough reason anymore. Thats been the answer for years. You can see this haapening in forums, when you call support and they understand you have questions around a Mac they always transfer you to another team, your advertisments is very heavy around Windows and not so much with Macs. Put this altogether and it gives someone the impression if I do purchase NAV for Mac am I really going to receive the same kind of support coverage and most up to date virus protection files for the Mac platform? Seems like support comes across as if you have a Mac, no need for much of any NAV or Network protection since there are not many of those users out in the world. Sad to see this continue to happen.
