Hi, i'm new here on this forum, i have Norton family premium now for 6 month and it never worked like it should, now i only see the the web activity the rest is "No activity for Last 7 Days" while i know for sure there should be activity.
My daughter has now a samsung pad, but before she had a laptop windows and it was the same.
Any ideas what this is ??
