Macbook norton app pages are not fully functioning

Some pages(the middle 4 pages) on the app on my macbook air M1 are un-clickable and grey.

Also the number of devices shown on the front page is 3, while I could see the number is 1 on the website. And that 1 device I see on website is my phone, not my macbook.

Hello, while I have not experienced this issue. I would uninstall Norton completely and install it again or contact Norton support, if it doesn’t resolve this issue

I’ve first tried to contact Norton support, which was full of obstacles and unhelpful;

then I tried install Norton again, and all the problems are seemed to be solved.

I won’t say your suggestion is fancy and superb, as it’s just re-installing the app; but your words did encourage me to keep trying while I was frustrated by the Norton support, and your words led me to a good situation. So I’m thankful for your kindness. Thank you again!
