macOS 13 Norton can not be installed

Hello

wanted to reinstall Norton during installation I get an error message the helper tool could not be loaded. with macOS 12 it worked.have tried everything

In that case you can contact Norton support at https://support.norton.com/chat
And they should be able to help you with this.

Thanks for the answer

I tried, unfortunately it does not work.

Alright, in that case it might be possible that the access to the download folder for Norton is restricted and in that case you would have to configure your settings accordingly. To resolve this, please go to system settings>> privacy and security>> files and folders>> Install Norton 360 or Install Norton Security, and select Downloads Folder under it. Exit preference and reopen Norton Installer and try it now and let me know if that works .

The error message is

Installation failed
The support packages could not be downloaded.
Check the internet connection and try again.

I have no other security software.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot, however that is not in my vernacular language so I am not able to understand that , however if you’ve any other security app installed on your device, try removing them and then reinstalling Norton

Here is a picture of the error message the support packages could not be loaded.

I do not understand what could be the reason for this. have specified all accesses, which is necessary for the installation.

Can you attach a screenshot of the error for better understanding of the issue ?
