Main screen doesn't come up when opening Norton

When I click Norton to open it I don't get the usual main page with sections, but this mangled version of Lifelock where none of the buttons can be clicked. Any help appreciated? 

Also: nothing downloads when I click on Norton Remove and Reinstall through help.

Did you restart your system after you saw this message? Restart, not Shutdown and startup again if you have Windows Fast Startup feature enabled.If you use Windows 8/8.1 or 10, there can be an issue with the Windows Fast Startup feature.. See more information here.
