I've been using NIS for a while now without any issues. Just a few days ago, when I've tried to launch the main interface, it loaded for a second and then closed automatically. I can access quick scan and run live update from the icon in the system tray, but that's it. As far as I can tell it's running normally except for this issue.
Is there a known issue with the main interface launching? A quirk with the latest update?
Last week, a Norton tech was helping me with a Norton Zone issue, but I don't see how those could be related.
