I need to update by billing information. I am currently residing in the country of Mexico for medical treatments. On the Norton billing information page, the pulldown menu does not allow me to enter a debit card with a Mexican billing address.
My debit card is from my bank in the United States.
My previous billing address was my apartment in the U.S., but I had to give up my apartment so I could afford my medical treatments in Mexico. I am currently renting an apartment here in Mexico. My bank in the U.S. has my Mexico address on file as my billing address.
I do not seem to be able to contact Norton directly to resolve this problem. I am still a United States citizen and my bank is a bank in the United States. I will return to the U.S. when my medical treatment here is over.
Is there any way to inform Norton of my new billing address without using their billing information page? I want to continue to use Norton 360, but unless I can inform them of my Mexico billing address, my service will stop in a few days!
The forum is for the product of Norton Online Family. I've asked the forum administrator to move the thread to an appropriate forum for better exposure.
Sorry to hear about your medical problem -- I hope the treatment goes well for you.
We deal with technical matters here so I think your best route is to contact Norton OnLine Support via the CHAT route as below and ask them since they have the tools to deal with orders etc.
To contact customer support Click on this link and work on from there. You may have to scroll down a little to see the CHAT button.
Please let us know how you get on .... and if there's still a problem but I hope not.
BTW -- so far as Norton is concerned isn't your "billing address" that of the bank in the USA or of the credit card you use? They don't have to ship to you and when you renew they send you an email either with a code in it or to tell you that the central database has been amended.
I think you could even buy a copy in Mexico and without installing it use the KEY that comes with it to "renew" your installation but note that doing this wiipes out any unexpired days but that sounds as if it would not be a problem -- BUT the one thing I can never remember is what controls the langauge. I think it is independent of the KEY but you must not upgrade to the 2013 version using the automatic method built into Norton.
But let's hope Support have a simple solution for you.
