Hello: I just purchased a new notebook and installed Norton Ghost 14.0 and the installation went great and I can create backups. But, when I try to create a Recovery Disk it says I can not do this on  a 64bit system using 32bit drivers. It says you can manually add them then a ADD box pops up and I have no idea were to look. I chatted with Symantec Support and they said run a Validation Driver test and it will tell me the drivers I need to create the RD on a 64bit system. I did this and it said the missing drivers I need are 02Micro Integrated  MMC/SD controller ,02Micro Interated MS/MSPRO/xD controller and WAN Miniport (SSTP) . While I googled the above drivers and it said Driver Guide had them but after signing up with them I searched there Site and got no results. So my question is has anyone out there had any luck creating a Norton Ghost 14.0 Recovery Disk on a Vista Home Premium 64bit system. Thank you for any help.   donnor.

You need to go to the manufacturer's site for each component that you do not have drivers for (this is why they had you run driver validation).  When you do, you'll need to download the 32 bit driver as the SRD for Ghost 14 is a 32 bit version of WinPE (which will still work with 64 bit).  Let me know if you need anything else.
