Maybe its not a urgent topic but When i present my complaint to Norton i mark its as urgent, now i do the same because i am a equitative person. I talk 2 hours whith Norton supervisor . He talks me from europe, he tells me a excuse to the bad work of his guy, gave me 60 days to my licence, he explain me about edge browser and protection of Norton dns provisionally, explain me about the config and resource impact, he calls a high end thecnican to helps me to configure Norton in most best way, he hears me, and tells me every cuestión i have about Norton. He took the time to listen my suggestions and to make me feel a worth costumer. I think Norton dont defraud me, and I think are a great high end Company in cuestión of software engeniering i think Norton not have rival, are a smooth antivirus and gives a great protection, i am gamer and no one antivirus gives me the prestations who Norton gives me. I can play x box or play station 3 or 4 games whitouth loss of perfomance or something like that. I can use my computer whitouth problems i see some bugs or issues or some c omplex configuration seetings but i think Norton can work great out the box . Now i trust the Support can get rid any virus and mantain his promice i think they can do my machine better and better i want to be a long term costumer and i am happy for that i will add another year to my suscription.
