WE are having the same issue. Our IT dept has been working with Norton Technical Support for over a month now trying to resolve this issue but still no resolution. We are losing so many sales that it is getting to the point where we are considering legal action. Our website is www.motogolf.com and safe web says it is safe, however, potential customers are getting a malicious cookie alert when they click on our site through google, yahoo, and any other search engines. Not only are we losing sales but we are paying for clicks through search engine ads and the customers are not able to get on our website due to the gliche in Norton's software.
