Manage Subscriptions Question After Upgrading From NIS To NS

I had NIS installed on 3 PCs (2-Win7 & 1-WinXP) where the subscription was about to expire.  I bought a license for NS (5 devices) from Amazon.  I successfully installed NS on all 3 PCs.  After installing, I logged into my account at Norton to check on the subscription status.  The 2-Win7 PCs showed correct status on the Devices tab, but the 1-WinXP PC showed a "Trial" version of NS.  Yet, the status of all 3 is correct on the Services tab.  What gives?
