What is the error message you are seeing?

I have managed over the years to manually renew my Norton subscriptions (without using a product key) . I have Norton 360 Deluxe and this time I keep going around in circles trying to locate a renew button. My renewal isn’t due for several months and I wonder if this is why a renew button isn’t yet showing? I can see the automatic renew button which I have no interest in selecting.

Any help appreciated, this is a screenshot of the page in question.

Have you clicked on and followed the “My Subscriptions” button? That should ask you log into your account, you can manually renew from there.

Thanks for the suggestion, I had already tried that avenue and still couldn’t locate a renew button.

I just had a fresh look at my account. The only offering there is to activate automatic renewal. Evidently Norton is focused on automatic renewal now.

Thanks again. That is exactly what I am seeing in my account, auto renewal is prominent but not a manual renewal button.

I would have thought others would have noticed this situation. I couldn’t see anything about this when I glanced through forum posts.

As always you are welcome. I had the 24.xx version when it was first released. It caused serious issues with my devices and my account so I reverted and am staying on the previous version. I would closely watch the main UI in your version for something appearing there. Follow it to see whether it will present renewal for you. ALSO, keep in mind that if you do at some point activate auto-renewal Norton will renew and charge you anywhere between 30-60 days prior to expiration of your subscription.

I got caught out by auto-renewal some years ago and only noticed it when I checked my bank statement. As a gesture of goodwill (their words) Norton did refund me as soon as I contacted them.

I have just completed a Chat with Norton support, the agent in fairness set me up with a new subscription to take effect from when my current subscription ends. My chat didn’t resolve why I can’t see a renewal link but at least I won’t need to worry about this situation until the next time I renew my subscription next year.
