McAfee & Norton popups continue despite following elimination directions

I’ve tried all security, site settings, notification shut offs and blocks are enabled. I still get fake popups for McAfee & Norton stating expiration of antivirus. I have Norton for another 6 months.

Do you run browser sync?
Did you recently install any program / browser extension?
Did you recently allow push notifications?
Did you recently change site permissions?
Did you run Norton Full Scan?
