Dear Norton,
I have been using Norton 360 for over 6 years on all my computers and have always been happy with your product/services.
However after upgrading to windows 10 from windows 7 I have run into a problem. I used to always have the norton schedule on automatic so when I am not on my computer it would scan it. However now for windows 10 this gives me a problem, memory leaks. If this scan runs then my RAM memory just gets filled up untill it is full and the scan will not continue any further.
So i decided to set the scan to manual, so this won't happen and do manual system scans. However when I start the scan my RAM just goes up and up untill about 90-95% where the scan just freezes. I can still use my computer however closing the scan does not work and installing any program is impossible, untill i restart and then my computer is back to normal.
Could you please help me out and fix this? Attached a picture to help clarify the situation.
