Norton Internet Security:
I have seen a number of posts re merging accounts and this is just to say it can be done. I had two Norton 1 license products, one on my laptop with one email address account, the other on my desktop with a differene email account. I wanted them both merged into one account as I am phasng out one of my email addresses.
I called the chat line where a very helpful guy tried for nearly 2 hours but found his system could not do it. He therefore raised the issue "one level" and said I would hear back on a day or two.
Indeed I did and now have two separate products on the two machines all under one email account.
I cannot fault the Symantec response.
