I will not post the error as it’s due to having LifeLock with Norton. However my account is not active for Norton 360 or LifeLock. The last time I had this issue I was told to wait for it to expire and it would work. This is the third year now I have had to deal with this in 5 years of this service. I understand the reason for not allowing multiple accounts due to a SSN but this is not active. You cannot tie a users SSN to a login that does not also check for if the service is active. I need someone from support to reach out to me since doing what I was told a year ago now has me without any software or LifeLock services.
