I have now had the start button stop working twice on my upgraded Acer all in one - upgraded from 8.1 as soon as W10 was available. Both times I have had to create new users with the help of MS support (who were very good). The first time I was advised that it can be my Norton AV that causes the failure & subsequently I have read this too. I was running Norton still when it failed a second time, another new user account. I also run a laptop with W10 & Norton & have not had an issue with that (yet).
Has anybody got anything they can add to help me. I really like Norton & W10, & I pay for my Norton & have 2 months left on my current Subscription.
