got multiple probs questions, been trying connect w/nortons support, basically migrated thru comcast xfinity, installation 360 has never been totally correct. I not able type all, won't but can tell one problems okay, multiple problem try repeatedly repeating the repeat of problem ' S Seems can't call my landline, want use mobile, repeatedly told call Is there way get thru One person may have additional additions other units but if can't fix these I need quit go elsewhere

Not sure why they needed to use your mobile phone instead of a land line, unless they were trying to get you to allow remote connection for an issue on your phone.
