Using Norton 360 on several computers, and having an issue with the backup function on all of them. The computers will backup their own files with no problem. If I go into the backup module to delete files from a different backup set or even just to view a different backup set, the computers do not see each other. The only files visible on a computer are the files backed up by that computer. Even opening the Norton Online Backup folder from My Computer will only show files from the current computer, not from all computers.
The available space remaining is also incorrect, but I suspect that this is due to files being stored from a computer that is not visible.
