Issue abstract: missing protection report

Cannot find my protection report on the new mobile security app after I updated the app. I’m looking for it, but cannot find it.

I have Norton 360 with Lifelock Advantage version 5.97.0.241017177.

OS details: Android

As my Android device cannot be updated beyond Android 9, I cannot get this new version.

Looking at your screenshot, what options are you given when you tap on Menu or Inbox?

So just scrolling down the main page brings up the extra information.

The problem is after wifi security I have nothing to scroll down for. It ends with Wifi security.

Did you try swiping up and down to see if there is any other features shown?

Yes. I tried. I get nothing. Just what you see.

It sounds like your installation might be corrupted. I would suggest uninstalling Norton 360, restarting your device and then reinstall and test.

What do you mean corrupted?

Sometimes software or an app’s installation can get muddled, or the cached data gets messed up.

Before a reinstall, you can try clearing the app cache and data. Open Android Settings > Apps and look for and tap on Norton 360. Tap on Storage and then tap Clear Data. Then restart your device. You will have to log into your Norton Account to activate the app.

If that does not resolve the issue, then a reinstall is the next step.
