While trying to resolve an issue with Intuit, we discovered that I had missed 6 Quickbook Updates. Intuit surmised that my firewall was blocking the updates. We have Comcast Business and therefore receive Norton Internet Security Online as part of out Comcast service. I have since gone into Settings>Program Rules and changed anything that refers to Quickbooks to ALLOW. Is this sufficent to resolve my problem of not receiving the automatic updates from Intuit? Is there something else that I should do? I am a Newbie, and would appreciate any advice that someone might have.
