Thank you for your prompt reply, I do have it (Smart Scan) on my desktop, however when I purchased a new laptop and downloaded Norton 360 it didn't show up at all on my laptop.
Hopefully, with time it'll be added.

That is not unusual. Your desktop got the feature update when it ran LiveUpdate and the feature update was available at that time. Since then, the feature update was not available when you installed 360 on the new laptop. Just keep checking and eventually the laptop will get the update. I still have not seen it for my computers here in Canada.

The Smart Scan feature is being phase in, starting in the US. As the telemetry from the early users is checked by Norton, the feature will be slowly expanded.
Note: DO NOT POST any personal information(email/order details/account ID/Product key/Full name/ address..etc) in public forums posts/comments or share with other forum customers.
Note:
Not all issues can be addressed by Smart Scan. Some of the fixes may involve getting additional entitlements that are not part of your current subscription plan.
The Smart Scan feature is currently available only in the U.S.
