Missing SMS Norton Family

Been using Norton Family for about a month and so far its been pretty good. I have noticed two things thou that I would like to work out.  

 

#1 I noticed that pictures msgs...or MMS are not captured....is this working as intended or am I missing something.  

 

#2.  When clicking the View Entire Conversation button....I quite often will be missing everything except the last msg.  This is coming from an Android phone.  I have tested this with 4.2, 4.2.2 and 4.4.  I have attempted using the stock Messages app as well as using the Hangouts with SMS enabled.  

 

Sometimes it will work just fine....and other times it will not.  This has happened with converstations with 3 msgs...and ones that have 40+ in a chain.  I can't seem to find any rhyme or reason for the issue.

Hi Shayughul,

 

#1. I believe the current version of Norton Family monitors text messages, not image msgs yet.  I'll double check with the team and let you know if otherwise.

 

#2. Please send me your Norton Family account email address by private message via the forum.  Also, please give us a sample date and time for "I quite often will be missing everything except the last msg"
