Mobile/app problems

I have the mobile version installed on my phone. It's a Samsung. The subscription thinks that it has 3 days left. I tried to fix it by deleting it off my phone, and the device off the website.

Now it won't let me add my deleted device back on the website; comes up with the "Server Error", "We're working to resolve an issue that prevents us from completing your request Try again later" - I first did this at around 3:45pm my time and tried again 3 hours later; would that be later enough? Help please?

Just so you know;

  • the laptop version (same product key/code) has 254 days left, this one is correct to when it was purchased
  • It's a 5 device Norton's I purchased for phones and laptops, and it is not full
  • I tried clearing the browsing history on my phone to fix it, and emailing myself the link, then putting it in my browser has the same results
  • I tried a different browser on my phone
