Mobile devices not running correctly with Norton installed

Good morning.  I have recently purchased Norton 360 for my laptop.  It seems to be working OK on this however when I installed it onto our apple phones - latest version - the phones go very slow when searching for anything, some apps do not work or open.  As soon as we took the app off our phones they started to work well again.  It there something I am missing here when installing onto our other devices.

Are you using the VPN feature?

Something else to try is turning off the Web Protection feature by tapping on Web Protection on the main screen. If that resolves the issue, you need to send logs to Norton.   

Please send logs to Norton to help diagnose your problem.

Start by opening iOS settings on your device and scroll down to the bottom where the apps are listed. Tap on the Norton  360 app and tap to Enable Debug Log.  

Now use your device until it causes the issue you are having. Try the apps and search engines with Web Protection on. If they are still affected, turn Web Protection off and test again. If the items work as they should. with 360 still open on the device, shake your phone back and forth and a prompt will come up to send logs. Tap on Send Error Report and fill in any information requested. In your submission, please include "forum 'your username' " in the Case ID section of the report. Also include a link to this thread. 

If you do send logs, please let me know and I'll notify my contacts to look for them.

The phones are apple 12 IOS version 14.4

Have reinstalled Norton a few times.

Search engines not working are google chrome and safari

Some apps not working are find my friends and microsoft teams

What phones and what iOS version is on each? 

When searching, what browser are you using?

What apps do not work?

Did you install Norton 360 iOS again to see if you still saw the issue?
