A few days ago I purchased the Norton™ Security Premium product with 2 year protection for up to 10 devices. I've successfully installed the product on all of my home devices: Windows 7, iPhone, IPad, and Android cell phone.
The problem is that the "call" and "scream" features are not being received the iPhone or IPad devices although they can be located. I've followed the instructions to the best of my knowledge but think I need some help to get this working.
